Central Christian Hybrid is a program designed for homeschoolers that provides a blended learning experience. Our mission is to partner with families to give students one/two days a week of class time learning and the other three/four days are spent learning from their parents at home.

The Best of Both Worlds - Homeschool and Classroom Learning!

There are many benefits to the homeschool-hybrid model. Here are some reasons why you might choose this way of educating your child:

Accountability.

Parents might find that this model brings greater accountability to their child’s education by helping their student stay on track and meet some deadlines. Our model can help students stick to a schedule, but still allow for flexibility.

Community.

Students that attend classes one/two days a week have more of an opportunity to make friendships with others and to also practice leadership skills. It also gives families more support by being surrounded by like-minded people who are trying to raise their children in a similar way.

Group Activities.

We strive to create classroom learning experiences based on hands-on activities that are fun to do in a group setting. Group projects, science experiments, and field trips are always more fun when done with friends in a group setting learning together!

More Time With Family.

We partner with families by affirming their God-given role as the primary influence and educators of their children. By having students attend classes only one or two days a week, parents have more time as a family than in a traditional school setting.

Parents Get a Break.

This one/two day model of learning allows parents to have a break. It gives some of the responsibility of the student’s education to other teachers. It also might give parents an opportunity to spend time with their younger children while their older students attend class.

Students Learn from Others.

When students attend classes taught by other teachers, they have the opportunity to learn from those who are passionate about their subjects and learn from others who may have different teaching styles.
